- "I can't handle failure, so I shouldn't take risks."
- "People like me don't succeed in this industry/field."

I know firsthand how limiting beliefs can keep us stuck.
When I decided to start my coaching business, imposter syndrome kicked in hard.
I kept asking myself, "Who am I to be a coach? Do I have enough experience? Will people take me seriously?"
It was a constant battle between my desire to help others and the nagging voice in my head telling me I wasn't good enough or ready enough.

Create a "brag file" where you can collect positive feedback, accomplishments, and moments of growth. This evidence will help reinforce your new beliefs and build your confidence.

It's essential to surround yourself with people who uplift and encourage you.
Seek out friends, family, and mentors who believe in your potential and help you challenge your limiting beliefs. A strong support system can make all the difference in your journey to unleash your true potential.

Start by setting small, achievable goals that align with your new, empowering beliefs.
As you take action and achieve these goals, you'll build momentum and confidence in your abilities.
