WomanSpeak™ is a public speaking and leadership training program designed specifically for women like you to harness the power of your authentic voice, overcome fear and share your ideas with confidence.
Womanspeak™ supports women like you in bringing out the full deep truth of who you are based on how you share what matters in your life.
The curriculum supports multiple ways of honing and sharing ideas and developing skills to deliver with impact. Circle options include 1 or 2 Day Intensives, 6-week Level One, 6-week Level Two, and 16 months @ 2x/month (leads to speaker certification).

WHY WOMANSPEAK™ MATTERS
For too long, public speaking trainings have fostered a masculine model of what leadership and professionalism looks and feels like. This can have a detrimental effect on the self-esteem of women and girls who desire to speak up and lead.
This sparks feelings of self doubt, a lack of valuing the wisdom within, and a resistance to speaking up. It erodes a woman’s sense of inner freedom to lead and share her mind publicly.

How is Womanspeak™ Different?
The WomanSpeak™ curriculum supports women to feel confident and free to speak up in any setting: public talks on stages, panel discussions, group/team meetings, sales conversations and more. Whether delivered in intensive or weekly format, the curriculum will help women rewire their nervous systems around public speaking and using their voices so they feel confident sharing their ideas in ways that are impactful and convincing. Training
Our curriculum supports women in clarifying and owning the value of their ideas. We teach women how to prepare and deliver talks, presentations and communications that move, impact and influence their listeners.
Support
We support women in feeling confident and free to speak up & be themselves in a variety of settings: public talks on stages, panel discussions, group/team meetings, fundraising conversations and more.
Challenges
We help women to transform fear, doubt and resistance to sharing their voices into natural confidence and charisma. We deal with the unique challenges that come up for women around sharing their voices, especially in the presence of men.

We provide a very supportive, celebratory and fun environment!

In this 6-week Level One intensive virtual circle, we will meet Monday evenings for 2 lively, fun and productive hours. This will be a safe, celebratory container in which to blossom and grow and practice. Lots of practice.
