Getting to this point wasn't easy.

Like many driven professionals, I was an overachiever and people-pleaser, always striving for more and doing my best to keep everyone around me happy.


I pushed myself to the limit,  sacrificing my personal life and well-being. Whether it was work or personal life, I couldn't seem to find the right balance. I felt drained, stressed, and unfulfilled. It was a constant juggling act without any sense of harmony or balance.

I knew something had to change, but I wasn't sure where to start. I thrived on challenges, overfunctioning and multitasking for years without considering the consequences of always saying 'yes' to new tasks.

Constantly 'doing' gave me a sense of productivity and value, as if being busy was a badge of honor.

I tried self-care quick fixes like taking more mini vacations and spa dates.  I bought more and better planners and calendars, and randomly did what others were doing, hoping this might solve my work-life balance struggles.

I didn't realize I had a major thinking problem.  Taking it easy felt foreign and even lazy.

     getting more in touch with my feminine side because spiritual gurus told me that would help me find balance to the masculine
