What is your coaching style?
My coaching style is relaxed and convivial, yet assertive. I focus on building trust and self belief that leads my clients to feel safe to stretch and move beyond their comfort zone. I believe that this approach is most effective for helping clients to gain higher levels of self-confidence and success
How do you work with clients to set goals?
I work with clients to set goals by making this part of each coaching or mentoring session and having accountability follow up. This process helps clients to feel they are making progress.
How do you measure progress and success?
I measure progress and success on a case-by-case basis, together with my client. This allows me to track the client's progress and identify areas where additional support may be needed. I aspire to help clients create transformation.
How do coaching sessions typically unfold?
If a client has booked a specific program, we will use this as a guide for our conversations. However, we may spend more or less time on certain areas depending on the needs of the client. During a coaching session, I ask the client about their progress since the last session and any challenges or roadblocks they have encountered. I may also ask them to discuss specific goals or action steps that they have been working on. I will then work with the client to identify strategies and resources that can help them to overcome any challenges and stay on track towards their goals.
